Important & Useful Helpline Numbers You Should Have Handy

Helplines are there for people during their times of need. If you are ever struggling with things such as your mental health or addiction, please reach out to others for help and support. You do not have to try to be “brave” or “tough.” It’s okay to not be okay. That does not make you weak.

Happy Mother’s Day to All the Moms Out There (Including Moms of Angel Babies)

I would like to wish all the moms out there a Happy Mother’s Day! This includes all the moms who, like me, weren’t lucky enough to be able to being their little one in to this world for whatever reason; all the moms who either miscarried, had an ectopic pregnancy, gave birth to stillborn, and who had to terminate their pregnancy for selfless reasons.

A Big Thank You!

Today, we reached 800+ Facebook followers on our My Bipolar Mind page! That is amazing to me. I never even anticipated having more than one single follower when I first created this blog a few years ago.

My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone is NOW AVAILABLE at The Barnes & Noble In Whitehall, PA

Just a quick note: To my surprise, I just recently learned that my book, My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone, is now officially available at a local Barnes & Noble book store near me! I knew they sold it on their website, but not at the actual branch in Whitehall, PA! If you are from or are familiar with the area, it is at the one inside the Lehigh Valley Mall shopping center. This is so exciting!

Facebook Event For Release of “My Bipolar Mind: You’re Not Alone”

I was finally able to create a public event on Facebook for the release of my first book My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone. I would greatly appreciate anyone who is willing to check out the event and share it on their timeline on FB. The more shares I get, the better the chances of me getting noticed.

The 4th Annual Lehigh Valley Mental Health Awareness Walk 2019

I know May of 2019 is still a while away, but I found out through Facebook that The 4th Annual Lehigh Valley Mental Health Awareness Walk will be on May 3, 2019, from 9am – 2pm. The Lehigh Valley is in Pennsylvania and I am looking to get a group of people together to walk for this amazing cause that I am highly supportive of. Mental Health Awareness and helping others is the whole reason behind My Bipolar Mind.
