Book One: “My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone”

My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone is Samantha Steiner’s first published book ever, and it also happens to be the first book in the My Bipolar Mind Series.

“I’m drowning again, only this time I have a reason for being pulled under the water…”

My Bipolar Mind is Samantha’s riveting journey through mental illness and addiction. It all started as a blog with nothing more than the hope of letting others know that they are not alone as she has often felt while climbing the highs and plummeting to the lows of bipolar disorder.

My Bipolar Mind follows the worst year of Samantha’s life. It is riddled with devastating heartbreak and loss, yet somehow, she never gives up even when she feels like she has lost everything that matters to her.”

My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone was originally released on December 31, 2018, but Samantha later had the book removed from shelves everywhere in July of 2019 after having a falling out with her former publisher. Samantha independently re-released the book with a new cover design (Courtesy of Jessica Sayers) on April 12, 2020, just weeks before the release of her second book from the My Bipolar Mind Series, My Bipolar Mind: Surviving the Chaos.

My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone is currently NOW available for purchase on Amazon in both Paperback and the Kindle Edition.

The paperback version is $14.99

The Kindle Edition is $5.99

What have others had to say about My Bipolar Mind: You’re not alone?

My Bipolar Mind is a compelling journey into the depths of the bipolar soul. Samantha Steiner’s raw, heartfelt writing permeates this powerful memoir. My Bipolar Mind will bring comfort to many people who are feeling down. Samantha’s experience will help readers feel less alone when darkness takes over their mood. She describes some of her key coping tools such as mood tracking and journal writing. (When she pursues her dream to write professionally, her stint as an unappreciated ghostwriter is fascinating!)

Anyone who struggles with mental illness, either directly or as a caregiver, will gain insight from Samantha’s story.  Despite the lows and highs that mental illness brings her, Samantha’s perseverance encourages us to keep going and, most importantly, to reach out for help when life seems hopeless. My Bipolar Mind is a truly worthwhile read.
