Welcome To My Bipolar Mind

|You Are Not Alone|

Welcome to My Bipolar Mind:

If you are looking for mental health information and resources, you are in the right place. My Bipolar Mind doesn’t just offer textbook cookie cutter articles written by people who wouldn’t know what a depressive or manic episode actually feels like and who only know what they read about mental health from books.

Instead, here, we share valuable information that has been created by people who actually have mental health conditions and who have lived through it which can make things feel that much more personal and relatable. If we are knowledgeable about certain mental health topics, we believe in sharing that knowledge to help tear down the stigma surrounding mental health one brick at a time.

We do more than just share the knowledge we have; we also share our own personal obstacles and triumphs regarding our own mental health right here on this blog.

We believe that no one should feel lost and alone when struggling with their mental health. We wanted to create a safe space for our readers to be able to share what they have been through by contributing heartfelt guest posts as well.

So, since you are here please take a moment to look around! If you like what you see, don’t forget to follow us to stay-up-date and receive alerts when a new post is available.

  1. Raw. Honest. The author takes you on a ride that most will not completely understand. Anyone that deals with Bipolar depression will feel all too familiar with the dialogue. Those that do not might, hopefully, gain an insight into the Bipolar mind. That place is a chaotic and fearful place to live. I know because I live there. Where every Bipolar mind is different, there are so many similarities. Knowing we are not alone, helps create for us a place of comfort as well as sadness knowing that others feel the way we do. I found this book to be almost too close to home and yet it pulled me in closer. Thank you for bringing the depth of Bipolar disorder into the light for others to see. Too many of us that suffer from this illness tend to hide from others for fear of living less than human. Well done.

I’m a long time follower, but I have never been compelled to leave a comment until I started my own gaming blog.
