We here at My Bipolar Mind have teamed up with the lovely Kelly over at Budding Joy to bring you #SelfieLove2019 and we hope that during this two-week challenge (which officially kicked off at midnight on February 14th and goes until February 28th) that you will find a new appreciation for yourself. We hope that you will learn some amazing self-love and self-care tips that you can take with you well after this challenge is over. Learning self-care and how to love yourself isn’t an overnight process. It takes time, nourishment, and patience.
