A Must Try: Botanic Choice Fear & Anxiety Formula

I must admit, I came across a bottle of this homeopathic fear and anxiety tablets from Botanic Choice not too long ago when I was Googling ‘homeopathic supplements for anxiety.’ These tablets were actually able to help reduce my anxiety after I had a panic attack on my way to Sea Isle City. The “cattle shoot” type set up that they had all along the highway was almost unbearable! I am pretty sure it had something to do with my claustrophobia. It felt never-ending. Now, I am not going to say that it works instantaneously, but it was able to help calm my nerves rather quickly. 

I would not suggest a supplement or product that had absolutely no effect. But in my opinion, it worked for me and it was able to help. That is all I was really hoping for. I think one added bonus about this homeopathic antianxiety medication is that it does not produce any drowsiness like the L-Theanine sometimes gives me. So, if you are looking for more of a sedative type effect, then you may want to look elsewhere. It does what it claims to do and that’s it.

I was a bit skeptical at first because, well, why not? I was putting something new into my system which can be a bit offputting at times. However, as you may have noticed by now, I like to try new things. You never know when you may come across something that can really help you out when you need it the most. Anxiety is a tricky little bugger, and you never know when it may pop in for a visit.

What Is Homeopathic Medicine, Anyway?

In case you are unsure of what homeopathic medicine is, it is a holistic medical approach that greatly differs from western medicine. It treats the body as a whole (physical, mental, emotion, and spiritual) instead of being symptom-based and treating the problematic symptoms without actually getting to the root cause; the core of the problem. I will tell you this though, homeopathic medicine works wonders for some people and they will even swear that it is the best treatment they have ever received. But for some, it may seem like it does absolutely nothing.

Most homeopathic medicines lack side effects as well since it is made up of all natural ingredients. Now, that does not mean that you down a whole bottle yelling, “Woohoo, no side effects!” An overdose of anything can cause serious problems. Always take any medication as directed by either your doctor or per the instructions on the bottle or packaging.
