We’re Always Here To Help
We’re Always Here To Help 🙂
I just wanted to take a timeout, for Wacky Wednesday (sorry I am A bit late posting this), to say that we are always here to help. Helping people was my main goal when I created My Bipolar Mind, and it still is today. I originally created this site back in 2015. So, it has been around for a while. I started by posting things that I thought would help people. After I got my first comment from someone saying how much I helped them, I was in awe. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to do more. I had a brief period where I took another route, but I am thrilled that I came back around to what I really wanted to do; I want to help people who have struggled with mental health or addictions issues as well as the loved one who love and care for people who have these problems.
I want everyone to know that they are never alone in their struggles. That is part of the reason I have my own personal blog section on this site. I try to write and post as much as I can. I brought Jazmine on, and she and I run this site together. I brought Gary on (who happens to be my dad) to help make occasional posts when he has free time.
Gary and I both suffer from some of the same mental health and addiction struggles. There are others that we don’t have in common as well. He is 20 years sober, and I will be 7 months sober on 3/27/18. I can understand what people go through because I have been there before. Yes, everyone’s struggles are different, but it is a struggle nonetheless.
If you, the person who is reading this, ever need any kind of help, we will always be here. We check our email several times a day. We can offer advice, share our story, listen to you while you vent or cry or even scream at us in all caps. It’s okay. We’re here, and we got your back! 😀 Our email is ContactMyBipolarMind@gmail.com
I wish I would have had someone to contact when I was going through stuff and didn’t want to bother my friends or family. Or I felt like they just wouldn’t understand. I reached out to someone once who, when I told her my story, stopped emailing me back. I was hurt. I promise that will never happen with us.
You can always leave comments and we’ll always respond. The main in all this rambling is that;
😀 We’re Always Here To Help! 🙂
Thanks for reading!
