Video: A Day In The Life Of Anxiety

What Anxiety Feels Like:

I found this video on Facebook, and I just felt the need to share it with everyone.

For People Who Have Anxiety:

To anyone, like myself, who suffers from anxiety – you will truly understand this. You may be thinking, “That’s how I feel.” If that is the case, know that you are not alone in your anxiety. There are others who feel the same way you do.

For the longest time, I felt like I was weird or strange for thinking the way that I do. I would try to hide it, and I felt like no one else could possibly understand. I was wrong. I wasn’t alone. I am not weird or strange. This is part of my disorder, and it is part of yours too.

For Those Of You Who Don’t Have Anxiety:

For anyone who does not suffer from Anxiety, please watch this video to get a better understanding of what a day in the life of someone who has anxiety is like. This is how we feel. It may be hard to understand why someone doesn’t want to go to events where there will be a lot of people, or why they always fear the worst, or even what makes someone act the way they do.

By watching this video, I hope you will gain some insight as to what it is really like. Please, do not judge anyone who has this disorder.

Do your research if you care for or love someone who deals with anxiety. You’ll never completely understand until you go through it – which I sincerely hope you never do, but you will be better armed with knowledge.

-Thanks for reading. Feel free to pass this along to anyone you feel may benefit from it.
