As you have probably noticed, we have switched the site back to My Bipolar Mind. We will also be using Clever Thoughts so we can have the best of both worlds. My Bipolar Mind will focus on mental health issues, addictions, and feelings. We are doing this to reduce confusion and to help people who are facing any problems that they may need help with. We hope our followers will remain followers on both sites. We have been playing with ideas for My Bipolar Mind and we have come up with a few things that we hope you will enjoy.
Monday through Friday we will have different topics, each day will focus on a certain topic. Monday will be, Managing Emotions Monday, which will focus on different ideas to manage emotions and get through difficult times. We will also share our own personal stories. Tuesday will be, Hot Topics Tuesday, which will focus on trending mental health or addiction topics. Wednesday will be, Wacky Wednesday, which will focus on stories about our hectic week or what’s been going on in our lives. We also hope others will share their stories on Wacky Wednesdays. Thursday will be, Knowledge Building Thursday, we will post stories and facts about different disorders and addictions. Friday will be, Fantastic Friday, which will focus on inspirational stories and get people motivated and feel great about their self and their life.
We hope you like these changes and become a daily reader. These changes are in effect now and our daily posts for each day will start on February 12th which is on a Monday for our Managing Emotions Monday. Tell us your opinions and any ideas you may have to better serve you.
