I decided to keep this a mental health blog while adding in randomized health topics like the Fad Diets topic I posted. It’s good to have variety sometimes. In a bit… I am going to be posting about the worst agitated manic episode I have had in a while but I just need time to write it since I just came out of the episode a few days ago.
